  Had the worst customer service experience in my life with team member, Araceli refused to put cheese in my taco and treat it like a quesadilla. I originally was told it could be done and I could still have three sides, but then told me it could not be done then to get technical my friend who ordered the kids meal they decided she would only get two sides as the cheese in her quesadilla counted as a side, but they still gave me a free side so this is such a whack establishment and they’re making a policies right in front of my face cause I actually check the policy And she is completely incorrect. She should not be working in the front of the house as she does not understand Customer Service, she decided to fight with me over a little bit of sprinkle of cheese.

  The place was clean and the utensils were fully stocked. Parking was good. When I walked in there was two other guests ordering food and no one else behind me. The food was fresh and delicious. The young man who first greeted me was friendly and started my chicken bowl with a scoop of black beens and chicken but before I could ask for rice and vegetables an elderly woman on the cold line aggressively took my bowl away from the boy and slid it across the ingredients line, all the way to the end and asked if I wanted salsa. I'm not sure what triggered sour attitude but she was definitely not having a good time. She was in a hurry to get my order done. Even with me being the only customer. I proceeded to ask for items in the hot section (veggies, pint-sized beans, and rice). Instead of giving my bowl back to the young man, she maintained control and became increasingly annoyed with each reasonable request I made. Each time I spoke, she quickly shot back with "Anything else, anything else! ". Luckily, the young man stepped in and finished my order. The young woman at the register totally turned the experience around to a positive one. She was engaging, friendly, attentive, informative, and had a beautiful smile.

  Them 2 heffas at the counter (one making the food aaand the cashier) have thee nastiest attitudes ever!!! Sooo busy trying to rush customers out, they dont even listen. Firstly, the girl who made my taco was asking what else I want, so i said 2 guacs. Before i could even say i wanted large guacs, she immediately grabs two micro cups and quickly fills em with guac. I kimdly said "Im sorry, I didn't even get to tell you I wanted large" She got an attitude like I made her brain glitch and she half-assedly puts guacamole in the large containers and I saw air pockets, so I kindly asked if she could fill the container all the way and she didn't, so I had to ask the cashier to fill it and she sarcastically added a micro bit more. Then I asked the cashier for one large chip and one regular chip and the bags were the exact same size! So I kindly expressed to her "Excuse me, but these bags are the same size" she said "one has more chips". I opened the bag and showed her that NOT ONLY were the bags the same exact size, but the bags contained the exact same amount of chips!! Only difference is one bag had an "L" on it 🤨. Is THIS how yall scam the customers??? That's shameful. So, after I showed her it was the exact same amount of chips in BOTH bags, she hastily grabs a bag of chips and aggressively placed it on the counter them turns her back towards me!! 😮 RUUUUUUUUUDE! These workers need to be trained better in the arena of customer service or screened better to make sure the customer service is polite, patient and good. Maybe you all should get digital kiosks instead of workers with bad attitudes.
