  Horrible staff service. My boyfriend placed a mobile order at 2:15 am, and when he went to pick it up, the girl at the drive thru told him they were closed and said he needed to contact customer service to get a refund. He pulled over to use the chat, but customer service was unavailable, so he couldn’t even request a refund. When he went back to ask about getting his points refunded, the guy at the register was rude and dismissive and told him he wasn’t getting his points back and that they couldn’t make the order. The manager never came out to help btw. They ended up telling him he had to wait until 3:00 to make the food, even though the order was placed at 2:15. If you’re going to allow mobile orders that late, the system needs to match your actual store hours. Either fix the online ordering or stop telling customers you’re closed after they’ve already paid.

  Traveling, on the road, and missed dinner time. Stopped off on the way and grabbed some burgers from Wendy's, it's one of our go-to fast foods. There's something about getting exactly what you want, the way you want it, and with good quality ingredients. Nothing surprising and that's a big plus in my book. I knew exactly what I had a taste for and my order was exactly that. Pretty much the definition of comfort food. We from hangry to content in the time it takes to down a double stack...made my way.

  Bathrooms were clean that's a plus when your going for fast food. Employees were on the situation.

  Its in a truck stop and the food was typical Wendy's. Want to shout out the crew for their quick, friendly service .
