  I went in today march 29, 2026 around 8pm. I asked for help in the front desk and they refused to help me and this lady in the front humiliated me by saying to use the iPad to order when I told her I did not know how. She needs to get fired or written up immediately! I don’t recommend this Taco Bell in north Hollywood at all

  This store is so horrible 😭 how do you sale me three stale tacos. The shell was very hard to bite into. I'm so upset I just threw the entire order away. Everytime I come it's horrible 😔 won't advise anyone to endure this when times are so hard. I will NEVER return.

  Late in the evening, I picked up two orders through the delivery platform via the thru driveway. For the first customer, the order was handed to me through the window, but for the second, I was asked to circle around and line up again on the driveway to pick up the order for the second customer.
