  It happened AGAIN. Superior and its disrespect to its shoppers is ridiculous. I shop there nearly every single day. I pay for all of my items and they see me there. A lot of the cashier's even recognized me but they still treat me like my concerns dont matter. I tried bringing in my bike which i do multiple times a week to get heavy items because i cant carry them home easily. Today i was turned away. Before they told me to talk to the manager so i figured that might help this time. I politely ask for a moment of her time to ask her why yesterday i was allowed in but today im not. It almost seemed like she didint understand what i was asking her because she kept on bringing up unrelated things like the security guard walking around the store. I was asking if my bike would be okay if i left it where the security guard told me too and she said that it wont be safe and she even admitted that itll likely be stolen. I asked if there was anywhere i can lock my bike and she just shrugged at me like it wasn't her problem. She said that some people steal items using their bike but im here almost EVERY DAY and ive never stolen anything. Ive proven my innocence every time ive been accused. Im not a thief and superior has accused me of theft multiple times and today they implied that i might steal something. Im not a thief and i dont know anyone who likes to be treated like a thief. Ive spent thousands of dollars there just to be treated like i dont matter. They turn me away saying they wont be responsible when my bike is stolen. They tell me to leave my things at the door but they wont take care of them. They tell me ill steal things if im allowed in. This is how superior treats its customers.

  Every time I go to this store the security is just very aggressive. They automatically judge a book by its cover . They look at you and it seems they just wanna attack . I don't know if this is how superior market wants this kind of behavior from their security team . I am judged fir being different looking . The funny part is I probably make more money then all of the staff working in this market . If u look different . If u have tattoos. If ur not Hispanic . Do not go to this market . They will nit welcome you . The security will make you feel uncomfortable the whole time your there . The other day their security person stood directly in front of the line I was in and waited there until I left . Mind u I didn't steal or start any issues . They just wanna start a issue or else why stand and stare at customers . Superior market should train the security team to be more professional and remind them that they are not peace officers . They are rented security . Maybe hire other ethnic backgrounds and not just Hispanic individuals . Stop segregating and start opening your minds . California has many different people and back rounds . Be kind and cater to everyone . Stop judging people on appearance and race . I do not recommend this store to anyone . As soon. As u walk in you feel like you shouldn't be there . Very uncomfortable and I will not be buying anything from superior grocers . Shame on you superior grocers for being so small minded and having poor business practice .

  Paid a couple hundred compared to other stores and still gotta ask for bags let alone bag them myself. Place is nice and clean but the ladies shut off the lights even though we’re still shopping not even time to close yet
