  They told me they would honor my request of more tomatoes I asked for but didn’t and said they only limit 6 tomatoes max per sandwich which is not true to policy. The worker Monday night/Tuesday morning did this.

  Called and specifically asked for more tomatoes and they dodged my request although it’s subway’s policy for unlimited vegetables.

  Ordered two sandwiches online today from this Subway location in Valley Village, California - and once again, total disappointment. Every time there are new employees, the same problem happens: portions get smaller, ingredients get “forgotten,” and the order is made carelessly. Today they completely left out the mayonnaise. Not a little - none at all. I specifically selected both mayo and mustard in my order. How does that even happen? And the tuna sandwich? The tuna was spread on in a paper-thin layer - barely enough to cover the bread. That’s not a serving; that’s a smear. If I’m paying for a tuna sandwich, I expect the proper amount of tuna, not the absolute minimum someone can get away with. This isn’t a one-time mistake anymore - it’s a pattern. Whenever there are new workers, they act like they’re afraid to put the proper amount of ingredients on the sandwich. It honestly feels like management doesn’t supervise or properly train their staff. There’s zero consistency and zero quality control. I’m posting this to warn others: be careful and think twice - actually, three times - before ordering from this Subway in Valley Village. Thankfully, there are plenty of other Subway locations nearby. This one we’ll be avoiding from now on.

  I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years and while the in person service is usually good in recent times the online service has been terrible I ordered a sandwich with extra mayo and sauces and there was completely no sauce at all and when I try to call the store they either don’t answer or only speak Spanish which is ridiculous cause there’s not a even a manager that’s billingual I can speak to over the phone and it’s very annoying cause even the app doesn’t offer any way to complain or report the mistakes so I fear they will keep doing this without correction
