She stepped in to resolve an issue caused by another location and handled it with exceptional professionalism, patience, and clarity. Her communication was calm, respectful, and solutions-focused, and she took full ownership of making things right without deflection, attitude, or excuses. What truly stood out was her kindness and emotional intelligence. San Juana listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and ensured the situation was resolved in a way that reflected genuine care for both the customer experience and the company’s standards. This is what strong leadership looks like. Corporate HR should absolutely celebrate San Juana and this team for setting the benchmark for how management should operate under pressure.   Best Wingstop ever the best customer service friendly staff: VIVIANA was so helpful and nice the place was very clean and nice.👍I recommend 100% Definitely I came back again 🥰

  I attended this new location excited to eat Wingstop because I enjoy the food I paid $23 to wait over 16-25 mins just for a 6pc Classic Comb absolutely ridiculous!!! the cooks are to busy sociably fraternizing amongst each other is highly considered a unprofessional work environment... ServSafe Code conditions for cooking any poultry meat is 375°F (190°C) or even in a deep fryer for 8-10mintues it should not take close to 25 minutes for a 6Pc classic bone in wings comb I'm highly irritated because the new hired employees could not successfully comprehend the cashiering ability to do a under 24-hour reversed refund compared to a regular substantial refund and the fact there is no trash cans to dispose customers waste from their orders is alarming and definitely a health code hazard which I can understand now why since from the grand opening the store is practically empty most days ... In my opinion if this unprofessionalism is continued and the health hazard discrepancies are not properly addressed by management this Wingstop location will not last long in a new year I'm so disappointed because any Wingstop franchise I've attended in the past has been nothing but excellent & substantial customer service & excellent food... Most importantly the fact that the two particular Cooks on the 25th Of January 2026 evening shift who had the nerves to have a smog attitude about me asking about my 6-piece classic meal that should have not taken that long is also alarming and horribly unfortunate I would not recommend this type of treatment or service to any fellow customer in North Hollywood as a local I hope that these issues are addressed immediately...

  Fast and clean, we ordered on the phone down the street about 4 minutes away and when we got inside our order was done, the workers were nice and they played nice music, 10/10 coming back
