  This store is not even organized enough to complete your order. I went in the drive thru to order. They made an error on my order, mild sauce not even in the bag, the mountain dew baja blast all watered down then when I called and told them the manager being bossy enough to let me know thru the phone that I need to go back to the store for the error they did and they cant do anything about it. Imagine 1:30am you have to go back in the same taco bell just because they cant make a single order right. TAKE NOTE I WAS ALL ALONE IN THE DRIVE THRU LANE NOBODY WAS THERE BESIDE ME. But they still made me feel like its all my fault and I should be the one approaching them for something they should be the one fixing.

  I've been coming to this Taco Bell for 17 years now ! They have remodeled this Taco Bell several times since I've lived in North Hollywood I always love the food most of the employees are pretty helpful and friendly but I noticed these days that they don't want to take orders at the counter you have to order online or you have to order through those tablets in store ,! I'm very lucky that I have people that are willing to help me because I have cataracts and I'm 50 years old and so they're able to assist and help me take orders at the counter when I can't really see what I'm ordering on those tablets

  This location is the real life idiocracy. iykyk Definitely visit to be entertained. I went and asked for a burrito with beef only and they said straight up we dont do that. So I said well can I get a beef and cheese burrito without cheese? Oh yeah no problem! Seriously the customer has to be Point of sale technical support? To be fair the dinning room has been converted to kiosk only ordering. However, the drive thru is still subject to human error. Best of luck

  If you decide to visit this dump, be prepared for outrageous rudeness from the inadequate people at the drive-thru. If you placed an order through DoorDash or Grubhub, be ready for the fact that they don’t care about you or the courier — they’ll make them wait at the drive-thru and then send them back inside. Never, under any circumstances, order or eat here. By spending your money, you’re enabling them to keep providing such rude, filthy, and terrible service. The cashier in the photo is an ill-mannered, rude person who should be banned from working in customer service or interacting with people. 🤢👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
