- LVLaguera VelasquezOct 30, 20251.0I had a terrible experience at the Subway located at 8027 Lankershim Blvd in North Hollywood. The management is unprofessional and dishonest. I went in after seeing a sign stating they accept coupons from 10 AM to 7 PM, but when I tried to use mine, the system wouldn’t accept it. They claimed my coupon was expired, even though it wasn’t. I ended up having to pay full price. To make matters worse, the manager wasn’t even there to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating because other Subway locations have no problem accepting coupons. I highly encourage people to avoid this location so they can lose business for their unfair practices.
