  On February 10th 3:49 p.m. I walked into this Subway facility, they were not busy older Hispanic and younger Hispanic working females, the older one was on the floor sweeping gave me a non-friendly look then took her time walking around to the counter and then said can I help you in a rude manner, I did not reply I waited for the younger one to help me, also wasn't very friendly I ordered meatball marinara footlong , they were low on the meatballs because they weren't keeping up with the counter food so the young lady goes in the back it's frozen meatballs and puts them in the microwave and I commented on that and she said it'll be the same but it won't be because they put the meatballs in the warm water and it marinates in the sauce proceeded to make my sandwich had to ask her twice on everything to being skimpy on the condiments which is common with Subway because the workers are lazy at all of them, which also want to comment I noticed over and over with all the stores that the workers seem annoyed to make your sandwich and that's what they're there to do! Back to the story so she finished the sandwich and then the older Hispanic lady stepped in for payment, I paid with my EBT SNAP card, the sandwich is total is 11.99, if you add tax $13.16 however California and federal law both state that all facilities accepting the snap program are not to charge tax so what this lady did was overrode the original receipt and print it out on the second machine for snap a straight bill of $13.16 and I said to her you are not supposed to be charging tax and she gave me a dirty look and just what these type people do I don't know that's the machine! And of course she knows she's been working there for a long time this was a spiteful attempt to take from me, who knows how many times this person has done this I've already reported to the company three times and all they have done is forward it to their corporate with no response so now I'm going to go public with this, watch out for this store and the others they are committing EBT fraud!

  They had no spinach, no olives, no small cups for soda, no soda, only Pepsi. Other than that it's ok.

  I must of came on a day when they were out of A LOT of THINGS down I the veggie selection. Or the staff is old and slow it's super dirty too especially the window and front door. They ran out of small cups . I didn't like the sandwich it wasn't tasty, and I kept thinking how old and nasty 🤢🦠 it looked down on the veggies and cheese hardly anything fresh and very nasty dining table and the windows. I won't be BACK ‼️

  I got everything that I wanted, which was good. However, they were understaffed a bit, which was a problem, because only one person was working behind the counter and there was a slight line. In addition to that, the "WE ACCEPT EBT" sign was removed and that caused me to ask if they accept it as payment, which was also somewhat inconvenient for me, because I get food stamps from the government myself. And finally, the lady working behind the counter could barely speak English which was very frustrating, because when I asked for a small fountain drink, she said they only had medium and not the small size and when I tried to confirm what she was saying, she could barely understand me due to the language barrier. Whoever is the manager at this location, please do what you can to fix these issues.

  They don't deserve not even a one star rating because the lady that served us, was being racist and she didnt serve the sandwiches right and whenever I asked for something, it was as if she were to be paying for my sandwich. I will never come back to this subway, worst sandwich I have eaten.
