  I must of came on a day when they were out of A LOT of THINGS down I the veggie selection. Or the staff is old and slow it's super dirty too especially the window and front door. They ran out of small cups . I didn't like the sandwich it wasn't tasty, and I kept thinking how old and nasty 🤢🦠 it looked down on the veggies and cheese hardly anything fresh and very nasty dining table and the windows. I won't be BACK ‼️

  I got everything that I wanted, which was good. However, they were understaffed a bit, which was a problem, because only one person was working behind the counter and there was a slight line. In addition to that, the "WE ACCEPT EBT" sign was removed and that caused me to ask if they accept it as payment, which was also somewhat inconvenient for me, because I get food stamps from the government myself. And finally, the lady working behind the counter could barely speak English which was very frustrating, because when I asked for a small fountain drink, she said they only had medium and not the small size and when I tried to confirm what she was saying, she could barely understand me due to the language barrier. Whoever is the manager at this location, please do what you can to fix these issues.

  The opening hours on the door says they close at 10 pm but they were not letting people in at 9:15 pm. Not going there anymore

  This is the 2nd time i have had to deal with horrible service at this location. The 1st time I let it go because I figured the employees were just having a really bad day. But not twice. I will never come to this location again. There are multiple locations in this area so that is easy to do. They employees in question are a younger short woman (currently blonde) and a much older lady with gray hair. Both were Spanish speaking. The younger one spoke English perfectly fine and the older one clearly understood what I was saying due to ingredient accuracy. First, the older lady assumed I wanted my first sandwich toasted without even asking. Then I tried to stop her and ask her to put the other sandwich in because that was the one I wanted toasted. I tried multiple times to stop her but she blatantly ignored me! Even if she did not understand me, she should have asked her coworker what i was saying. I was raising my voice and waving, clearly trying to stop her. Totally ignored. The younger one clearly heard me. She said something to her in Spanish (I'm still learning so I didn't understand) and nothing happened. My request was completely ignored! I was also being rushed along before there was any other customers behind me. I had to ask for more of a veggie twice, on 3 veggies for both sandwiches. Skimping like that is not standard. My entire family has been employed at subway at one point or another and they are trying to avoid restocking on the things they need. Once my sandwiches were finished I asked why I was ignored. The younger one said, "oh maybe she didn't understand you." This was clearly not the case. I responded, "you should really talk with your manager about that because that's really not cool", to which she smugly responded with, "okay." These people clearly do not care about their jobs, and care even less about the customer experience. Not to mention this place was filthy. I bought 2 of the happy Gilmore cups on a previous visit and they gave me dirty lids. I am legally blind so if I can see something is dirty that's REALLY bad! Unless you see an update specifically from me stating otherwise DO NOT go to this location! There are many subways in the area To choose from, so don't get screwed! Happy dining everyone!

  It says open 9:22 right now wed night But the doors are closed employee says they are closed, then update ur google open hours????????? Bullshit
