  Waited about 30 min in drive through and the cashier appeared to be alone but it wasn't busy, just 2 other cars, I ordered a medium fry and got small and in general the food was sitting out long everything was cold

  I went through drive thru order a breakfast meal they got it all wrong my hash brown was extremely cold wrong breakfast sandwich not completely satisfied

  1st time being here. I arrived early to pick up my participant. Thought I'd grab a bite to eat and coffee. Wow, I was so surprised by the service there. 1 employee spent way too much time with 1 customer. While there was a long line. Finally, it was my turn. Gave the young gentleman a simple order. McGriddle with egg white and cheese. He's asked, ' Cheese and bacon or sausage? ' I said no. McGriddle with egg white and cheese. This went on for more than 3 mins. Then he asks his coworker. Do we have that? She's said no. We don't have egg white. So I said. Then why do you have a picture on the menu with egg white on the McMuffin? She replied, " I don't know why. Really? Wow!! So then I said. Do you guys have any eggs? She replied, Oh, yeah. Great, can I get a McGriddle with egg and cheese? This entire scene went on for almost 10 mins. So when I got my order, OMG......all that time going back and forth. They got my freaking order wrong. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my 40 years. Please, either retrain your employees, or hire those who can do these simple jobs without an attitude, by these young female employees. Although the young gentleman who helped me sincerely kept apologizing for his mistakes and I told him that's alright. He might be new. But the other young lady, the worst attitude ever. Never had this problem ordering McGriddle with egg white and cheese in other locations, except here.
