When I got to the pickup window, I was asked to park and wait because the frappe would take time to make. After waiting, I was then told to go inside, where I waited another 4 minutes. When my order was finally ready, they forgot the frappe the one item that caused the delay. Using the drive-thru ended up taking longer than going inside from the start. Disappointing experience.
