Unfortunately, all the designated curbside parking spots were occupied, so I had to walk in to collect my order. It was a busy morning, but I must commend the employee who assisted me; they were quick to locate my order. However, when I finally got home and took my first bite of the sausage McMuffin with egg, I noticed something alarming. I discovered a screw nail embedded in my sandwich! If I hadn't checked, I could have swallowed it or even damaged my teeth. This was extremely concerning and left me quite upset. I returned to the restaurant to show the manager what I had found. She issued a refund for just the sandwich but didn’t have much to say other than an apology and mentioned that she would need to discuss this issue with her supervisor. Overall, this experience was very troubling, and I hope they take the necessary steps to address this serious oversight.
