  I took crispy beef shawarma. It tastes like a complete horror. Sour, complete absence of vegetables and sauce, dry meat. It has nothing to do with real shawarma. I don’t recommend

  I had a really good experience at Ara’s Shawarma. Everything tasted fresh, the meat had a lot of flavor, and the portions were actually really good. The sauces pulled everything together. It does get busy, but it’s definitely worth it. I’d go back.

  I’m not happy to leave a negative review, but I saw an ad on Instagram featuring very appetizing, grilled, and juicy Shawarma rolls. Today I went there and told the server I wanted to give it a try. After nearly 20 minutes, I received a Shawarma roll that was very thin, limp, and dry. The seasoning was good, but it contained only 6 pieces of meat and some onion. I also ordered a canned soda. The total came to $20. In short, I found it expensive—very little food for what was promised.

  First time and last time customer, ordered beef and chicken shawerma plates, beef was burnt meat pieces and very dry like beef jerky, I'm not in the restaurant business, but if you leave the meat spinning around on the fire and not selling enough of it, either lower the fire so the meat doesnt burn or sell more beef shawermas. I mean when the employee is adding this to the plate do they think that there's an idiot on the other side of the counter that is actually going to eat it? Last $40 bucks I'll spend on couple of plates. Chicken shawerma was chewy, not edible. Not sure whose doing this "best tasting shawerma" reviews? They should find a new job, rice comes with shawerma plate? Haven't seen that in 60 years anywhere lol, the reason you put a bed of rice on the bottom of the beef is so to give the impression that you're actually getting that much meat, every other shawerma place never puts rice with shawerma, so that was a surprise and a ripping customers off concept, the 2 sauces that come with it, well one word, tasteless, try to come up with a better sauce, tastes like, Well yuck, maybe you should go to the competition and just eat their sauces seperately so you get an idea of what a sauce should actually taste like. I am not here for free food, only giving my honest opinion. I don't need your apology that my expectations weren't met either, i just feel sorry that you're running a restaurant not sure for how long , suggestion though, if you have the name shawerma in your name, then minimum is, That your shawerma sandwich should be the best.

  We’ve eaten here multiple times at this point. Food is 10/10 every time. The one time we dined in food took some time, but they were busy & had a couple take out orders. The vibes inside are nice & so are the people.
