(Don’t like Starbucks hot coffee) The service was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s. Jerrick didn’t have to engage other than to hand over the food ordered at the kiosk. Jerrick, however, greeted us (saw and heard him interacting with many folks) with the biggest, warmest smile on a gloomy Saturday morning. He even helped an older couple figure out the use of the kiosk for future coffee orders. While Jerrick was getting me a coffee refill, two other staff members asked if I’ve been helped. Thankful for folks who like what they do and make you feel welcome.
