I asked him for ketchup and he rolled his eyes and when he came back he slammed the ketchup packets on the counter. even the customers behind me saw his inappropriate behavior and didn't even want to order anymore. i understand the place may have been busy but doesnt mean you have to mistress your customers. There's ways to handle when being under pressure. Do better.
