    I placed an order for delivery. It arrived late and missing items. I attempted to call the store but unable to call direct. The store phone number sends you to a call center then they attempt to connect your call. Once they answered it was a voicemail without an introduction of the store you have reached or any information. I wasn't sure if they had connected me to the correct store so I tried two more times with the same result. I left a message that was never answered. I also attempted to use the chat function on the website. It would not connect to anyone for assistance. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. This will affect my future business with Pizza Hut. Now, im also out of the money for the items missing.

    We love Norco Pizza Hut. We order delivery frequently. They are always fast and super friendly. Even when I pick up it's a quick in and out. The app is very helpful and our pizza is always good. If not they immediately fix it. Not to mention the Hershey's chocolate chip cookie is amazing with the cinnamon roll icing on it. Even cold they are super yummy!! The wings here are great as well. Our easy go to for quick pizza and wings.
