I asked her to go to the front desk to ask for a spoon, but the waiter just threw it on the table. Customers come to eat, not to be judged. The waiters here need to improve their professionalism.

I see they’re doing their best they can but no one really came to help me at the register which people these days order before or order on the order machines there that’s my bad not too up-to-date with ordering before you go into a restaurant sort of old-fashioned go in order look at the menu. Well it is what it is. It’s McDonald’s. It’s always busy and that’s good for them.

It was extremely dirty on the entry and on inside. The tables were dirty. There was trash on the floor and I just really needed to get out of there. For wanting to have just a special moment with a friend and chit chat over ice cream. It was very disappointing. Definitely not in a hurry to go back.
