- JOJessie ONov 8, 20251.0service has always been great. But these last two times has been horrible. I walk into get an acai bowl and what seems to be the manager (Hispanic black hair). Makes a face as i order like if its a chore to do her job. Tonight I walk in to get a bowl and one of the workers (male glasses frizzy hair) throws a bowl from the back to the line the young lady makes it gives it to me and it is already melting. Not once did I see her scoop any ice cream into it. That is lazy and also is unsanitary to leave cold foods out for extended periods of time. Which is what happened. Other then that the place is clean and organized.

I had my baby in there with me and he freaked out, started crying so we were headed out the door to leave only to be greeted at the door by another employee who yelled "OMG, he is cute". Why would you yell at a crying baby? Horrible experience. First and last time at jamba juice.
