- BTBarry TelfordOct 8, 20251.0When order an item from cashier and got resistance when I requested to have my chips that comes with the meal to be warmed, it is 8:30 at night and I come here during my start of night shift , to to pick up a meal before I start work. But each time I order a meal especially the quesadillas and chips and drink. My meal is warm except for the chips or ice cold ! I requested to have my kids at least microwave to a point of being warm and the cashier refused to do so. In the cashier says she is not allowed to warm up the chips in the microwave and Nora the chips are fresh to be warm to be served ! Therefore the meal don't seem as fresh or as pleasant to go eat or consume ! I simply just walked out when she told me she couldn't do nothing with the chips to warm them up so I did not purchase anything and I just walked out ! If I couldn't get what I want to eat I'll go somewhere else to eat ! Preferably somebody that has more freshable items to eat that are needed to be more comfortable to eat. Cold chips and salsa do not seem to be authentic as a Mexican dish to be served. Because of refusal of service requested for customers dish to be warm up is why for this report.

Side portions are tiny, barely enough for the five chips. Crazy how prices keep going up but quality goes down.
