When my cousin went to pick them up, the staff told her that someone else had already picked up the order. That was impossible—no one else was sent to get it, and my name is very unique, so it’s unlikely there was any confusion. After a long back-and-forth with the manager, they finally agreed to redo the order. But my cousin had to wait another 30 minutes for the pizzas to be made, which caused a big delay and my party ended up starting late. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I expected my order to be ready as scheduled, not excuses and delays. Definitely not the kind of service you’d hope for when planning a big gathering. I would definitely not come back to this store.
