  I am writing to report unacceptable behavior by an employee named Odhey at your Subway location on Stavanger Drive, St. John’s, NL. My visit was on February 5, 2026, at approximately 1:31 PM (receipt available, store #21048-0). While ordering, I was calmly customizing my sandwich and taking a moment to decide on sauces and vegetables. The employee became visibly irritated, raised his voice, and said words to the effect of “tell me once what you want, do not tell me again and again.” When I told him that his behavior was rude, he discussed me with other employees at the counter, who laughed and ignored the situation instead of trying to de-escalate it. This made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. The employee then challenged me to complain and told me to write his name, implying that nothing would happen even if I did. I am a long-time and regular Subway customer, and my extended family across multiple countries are loyal Subway customers as well. Incidents like this, if left unaddressed, risk losing long-standing customers. I expect this complaint to be reviewed seriously and addressed by store management or the franchise owner. Thank you.

  What happen to this place! Last time EVER entering this location. My daughter and I had the worst experience today. Two six inch subs so badly made we couldn’t eat them. I brought mine back it wasn’t edible. I asked him kindly to fix it and he laughed at me. Ripped it out of my hand then laughed at me again, I’ve never seen a subway worker so livid to the point I was embarrassed he made me look like a fool then started speaking to each other in their own language. . He remade it for me but he was so mad he threw it at me hard. I feel if he had the opportunity he would have punched me. The second sandwich was just as bad but I wouldn’t dear say another word to these men. My daughter’s sub was so bad the lettuce fell out with the sauce but she was too scared to ask them for more sauce. These three men working here today were rude, mean and made nothing but sloppy sandwiches. This subway was always known as the best in the city. That name is out the door along with a longtime customer. All I can say is speak to your staff to do better.

  Great subs except they got rid of the chicken strips sub.... Was my favorite... Oh well.
