  Night crew does more chit chat than work. Long wait line for both drive thru customers & delivery orders because the store is under renovation but seems like they don't care that you wait 45mins in line for 2 orders.

  The people who work there don’t know how to do their jobs they completely forgot my entire order and when I received it, some items were wrong. I dont see how you can mix up Mac salad with coleslaw.

  1 Not getting the orders right. I remember on at least one occassion our order was short an entire box of fries. 2 The codes on the coupons are way too small for people with bad eye sight to read and the staff were not willing to read the code claiming they didn't have any physical coupons in the store but this can't be true because we got the coupons in the store and most of the young people have phones with the internet where they could just look up the code or call someone higher up who would know the code. Making a senior drive all the way home to get a coupon code and then drive all the way back because you couldn't be bothered to help them is rude. 3 One time we went there and they did not require us to have a physical coupon to get the order the person just knew it put in the code gave us the order, then another time we went the senior I was with forgot the coupon and they wouldn't help us they made us drive back home and come back again. If you tell us we dont need the physical coupon when we brought it the first time, and then we come without it the second time and now you say we need it, this is just wasting our time because now we have to drive all the way back again to get it. Just have one policy that applies all the time plese stop telling us one thing one day and then making a different rule the next. Have one consistently enforced policy with protocols in place to help the elderly. The rules shouldn't vary depending on who is in that day with no accomodation for seniors. A good way to solve this would be "We are sorry that you were told you don't need the coupon, that employee made a msitake, you do need the coupon; this time we will put in the code for you but next time please bring the coupon with you". This would be a way better solution than making a customer drive back. Here's how you handle the perosn not being able to the read the coupon "We're sorry the code is so small, if you have the coupon we can read it for you if you bring it to the window". You dont make the person drive all the way home to get their glasses to come back and read it. 4 You changed the box fires come in to lower the portion size.
