  The crave and save is actually an amazing deal, a little over 5 dollars for a slider or popcorn chicken, fries, and a drink is actually a pretty great deal. kfc’s been having amazing deals recently like the 8 pieces of chicken and fries for like, $21.99. This location in particular, though, has some really friendly service. The workers on cash and drive thru I find to be very kind. I would definitely come back to this location!

  Awful wait times, customer service sucks. My meal was wrong and when I went back up she gave me attitude. It was missing popcorn chicken, she passed it out and said there was some in there (but not the right amount) with a little smirk on her face. The cashier didn’t greet, just stood there staring while I waited for the replacement order. This is by far the WORST KFC location but that’s reflected in their 3.2 star ratings. Update::: I received a call from KFC offering to replace my meal again. However, she did say the staff told her when they originally prepared the order they put in the correct amount of popcorn chicken and were “nice” enough to replace the meal even though they had the right amount inside. Let me get this straight……. they made my order correct and I returned the right order for another right order?? 😆 FYI I didn’t ask for my entire meal to be replaced I just wanted what I paid for and I didn’t accept the second replacement meal. I just won’t return. Go Mary Browns Go!

  Food is consistently served warm and delish, whenever i drop by, everything on the menu is available. Service is as warm as the food, counter is always staffed despite the kiosk they built, doesn't feel robotic. Cleanliness is up to standard, management is seemingly hands-on, bathroom is well-kept with visible updated checklist & always open for customers unlike other fast food restaurants in town.

  They should improve their customer service. The staff can come across as rude, and when you say "thank you," they often don't respond. A simple acknowledgment would make customers feel more welcome and appreciated.

  i ordered my favorite famous chicken sandwich and i told them to remove the pickles for me. they made it so fresh and yummy! i love how the employees really listened to my request 😊 i definitely recommend people to go here. i give 100% on customer service as well as the ambiance. the renovations actually made a great difference!
