  They no longer do free refills I went there recently after they renovated and realized they re-arranged everything so that customers can't fill their own drink cups anymore. When I went to the counter to ask for a refill I was told that they no longer do free refills even though they've always had refills before and it is an industry standard that is offered at every other major fast food restaurant. The guy working the counter was nice and gave me some extra nugget sauce, they normally charge for each extra packet now even though condiments are free and included with the meal in every other restaurant. I expect this level of penny pinching at the krusty krab but getting rid of the refills is a step too far even for Mr Krabs especially when there is a burger king right next door that does free refills and offers a wider variety of drinks including cherry coke. Please bring back the free re fills or lower the mark up on the drinks so Im not being ripped off. It would also be nice if you had taken the opportunity to renovate the building to make it happy bright and colorful like it was when I was a kid instead of all grey and corporate wih the purposeful movement of the drink machine behind the counter to deny free refills.

  Unfortunately they were not able to punch in my order making me re order at the payment window. I guess the one good thing is I got a free small diet coke from them for messing up my order

  for one there is no Fountain anymore so that’s why i came here so much bc there is free refills and i was standing at the counter for 20 mins and i was trying to get the attention of a worker and she looked at me and locked away this is unacceptable

  Missing nuggets out of the 20 pack, wrong dips, toppings missing off of the sandwiches, cold fries, and the fountain drink machine was broken; we got to the window and it was an offer of coffee or lemonade, so we picked the lemonade, and it was flavorless. I should have just refused the order there with the drink issue. This meal was also really expensive for fast food. Bypass this McDonald's and enjoy one of the other fast food places nearby.
