    I had a great experience at this Subway location. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was efficient and friendly. It’s a very well-managed spot and perfect for a quick and reliable meal. The staff here clearly takes pride in their work—everything was made exactly to order. Definitely one of the better locations in the area!

    I’m extremely frustrated with the experience I just had at your store. I placed an order through the app, was charged for it, and went in to pick it up — only to be told that my order “doesn’t exist” in your system. I showed clear proof of payment from my bank, yet the staff refused to take any responsibility or offer any solution. No remake, no refund, nothing. This is not acceptable. If your app is malfunctioning, that is not the customer’s fault — it’s your responsibility as a business to resolve it on the spot, not dismiss it. To make things worse, I was given a head office number that is closed on weekends, leaving me with no immediate way to resolve an issue that your store caused. I expected one of the following: * A full refund immediately, or * Proper compensation for the order I paid for but never received . I expect a prompt response and resolution.

    It absolutely blows my mind that Subway didn't have any Italian bread at suppertime today (4:30 PM). It also blows my mind that they would accept my online order, process my payment, and then cancel it later because they couldn't fulfill it. I had to call the store just to find out why it was canceled, and they told me they didn't have enough Italian bread for my order (I ordered three footlongs) and that I'd get my money back in a few business days. I'd understand more if it was near closing time, but it was suppertime.

    Gosh you go to get a sandwich and NO tomatoes. The one staple in a sandwich. Has the supply chain gotten so bad on the Island? I'm guessing so yeah.
