  We had the pleasure of visiting from the west coast May 2-4 weekend. We were helped by Zachary who was fantastic. So friendly and personable and helpful as this was our first time here. We bought 2 meals, both FANTASTIC, and had to go back to order a few more items to try as well. Will be returning next time we’re on this side of the island!

  Don't normally go out of my way to review a restaurant on Google, but after the absolutely amazing service; not only my own personal experience but to also see the young man at the counter (his name was Zach!) give the same absolutely excellent service to every single person that came in, could not go unrecognized! On top of the quality of service he was also on top of cleaning after tables left, and ive never seen someone recommend items with such genuine enjoyment! Would recommend this location for this employee alone!

  I went to the counter with a simple question, and the staff member had to call the supervisor for clarification. Unfortunately, the supervisor seemed far more interested in joking around and chatting with another employee than helping a customer. It genuinely felt like attending customers was the last thing on his mind. The experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and made me feel completely ignored. Customer service should make people feel welcomed and comfortable, not like they’re a burden for asking a simple question.

  cannot believe the stuff that people do i went to taco bell and ordered fries which is okay not too hard to mess up but then as i was going to eat them i noticed a hair on my fries so i ask my man to call in and tell them because i don't want to be eating someone's hair they ask if we just had an order of fries and the girl on the phone don't say nothing and just hung up in his face i understand mistakes happen but just own up to the fact that it was an accident instead of hanging up in someone's face it's rude and disrespectful you can see the hair plain as day and me or my man don't have black short hair

  This was my first visit, and I was genuinely excited to try Taco Bell, but unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing. Store was so quiet not much busy .The employee named mahak (as shown on my receipt) appeared tired, confused, and completely uninterested to assisting customers. Several items were unavailable, which I understand can happen, but when we politely asked for suggestions or alternatives, she offered no help at all and simply repeated that they didn’t have it. She did not seem prepared to answer basic questions and looked unsure of what to say. Customer service plays a huge role in a first impression, and sadly this visit left a very negative one. I hope management works on improving staff attitude, product knowledge, and customer service so future guests have a better experience.It was my first and Last Visit because of this horrible experience.
