  I had a wonderful experience at Taco Bell thanks to Alexis, She provided outstanding customer service and was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming.   Prior to the opening of Taco Bell, I had never had it before so I didn’t know what to expect walking in to place an order when it had opened here in Mount Pearl. When I went in to order I had been served by a young lady by the name of “Alexis” her service was Exceptional and exceptional with a capital E as she is what an outline of proper customer service should be! Alexis had helped me through the menu and suggested what to get here for my first time trying Taco Bell and it was delicious. She is so kind and helpful that I kept coming back around to order food not only for the taste, but also to get serviced by her. This store has a wonderful employee and so shoutout to this young woman for the great hard work she does!

  Me and my little girl made our first visit today and we were served by Mehak her customer service was exceptional, great personality and very friendly. Wade brought our food to our table and made sure everything was ok. The food was delicious and with the great customer service we will definitely be back soon! Great job guys!

  I had gotten an order wrong on skip and they had absolutely no issues remaking it for me, they also added churro things with it, which was delicious, I hadn’t bought it previously on skip but as they were remaking my order they added it out of kindness. I definitely recommend. Great place, great people, great food, and wonderful service.
