  Asked for extra lettuce and large fries with Crunch meal.... got 3 pieces of lettuce small fries and no napkins. Some hard to get even decent service these days

  I’m not usually one to write a review because people have off days and such but this is 3 times within the past month, this place is ridiculous. My partner and I waited 24 minutes for our first order of food, which was then given to a different customer. So we waited for the remake of our food, thankfully that only took 5-7 minutes.The cashier proceeded to get mad at us, stating it was our fault for the mix up when he didn’t take our names, give us a receipt with an order number on it or anything. So how we were supposed to know it was our order, I’d love to know. To cut a long story short, this place sucks don’t bother spending your money here.

  Had KFC Friday night. Aug 28 It's been awhile but I thought it would be a nice treat for my family. It was an 8 piece bucket with fries. It was so so so so so very salty and the fries were greasy as well.I don't mind salt..but for me to throw it away. It would have to be over the top. So disappointed! With all the negative reviews and with the same complaints I had I doubt I will take a chance on throwing away another 30$ on KFC again.Very disappointed for local owner.Fix it for business sake! Good Luck!

  In Mt Pearl store today, waited 10 mins for someone to even acknowledge me then asked for two 3 peice meals with a rib in each and was told no even offered to pay extra. Warmer 2 full of chicken. KFC has really gone down hill was always my favorite but absolutely ridiculous from customer service to quality of meals. Only gave a 1 cause won't let me go lower.

  Place was great a bit of a wait for our Spicy version of the chicken..but that also means it was hot and fresh when we got it which was amazing. A perfectly fine trade off if you ask me!
