- SMSusann MarieAug 15, 20261.0I went to this restaurant around 5:30pm today(Aug 15) the two young girls at the counter taking my order were very polite making sure my order was correct,the issue arouse when the two Young girls who looked no older than young teenagers passed my burger to the wrong person,I had no issues with this as the girls were polite Apologizing for their mistake, I understood as everyone makes mistakes and I just took the rest of my food waiting for my burger to be made. As I was waiting for my order the lady who was working in the kitchen was yelling at the two young girls at the counter blaming them for the burger mix up, this lady looked no younger than early 40s as was yelling at these poor young girls. Absolutely disgusting. Dq everytime I come here the young girls at the counter are always polite they have no reason to be getting yelled at by this 40+ women the young girls very visibly upset. Dq get better staff that don't yell at young girls over a simple mixup.

- DDdwatkins600May 21, 20261.0We drove an hour to treat my daughter to a birthday sundae of her choice on her birthday and arrived at 9:35pm and the second we walked in the door 2 teenagers told us we can’t eat inside it’s takeout only. They said we are closing soon and you can’t eat in. I said it’s fast food how long does it take to eat an ice cream and maybe a burger. The group of 5-6 teens decided they were closing the restaurant at 9:30 and that was it. Terrible customer service! I was so annoyed I didn’t order what I came to get and I won’t be back. I also run a food business and if I found out my staff were doing this it would be dealt with immediately. I won’t be back.

The staff were pleasant and helpful on the phone, great service with email (to assist in sharing the image for the cake) and in person the staff are polite and amazing and equally great service for the drive through. They help many local initiatives in the community and they have a great respect for each other as co workers but great employee support from management protecting their workers from any rude irate individuals. Especially helping to teach and protect the youth that are employed or the stressful times of Covid. We never had any issues ever with our frozen treats or fast food. I rarely have encountered a business that has such quality of products, services and employee spirit. I commend the people working, managing and owning this establishment.
