    Delightful service from Elma. Truly an amazing front of store employee. Even remembers your name and acknowledges your entry with a sweet smile and hello. Certainly the best experience at a fast food restaurant in a very long time.

    Horrible service. No one is store knows how to use the cash register. There extremely slow service. Throw on top that there people skills are atrocious. I rarely have kfc and today gave me more reason to never eat them.
