The General Manager of this store is the worst. His service and the way his employees are trained are one of the worst things I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Please tell me how is it possible to be a General Manager with no ENGLISH speaking/understanding capabilities. By far the worst Wendys I have been too my whole life, also how is it fast food if you take 15 minutes to give me my order which consisted of chicken nuggets…

wish i could give this wendys a 0 star. came for breakfast and searched their hours and it said 10:30. came in at 10:19 and their kiosk still had breakfast items. then an employee came up to me and my family and told us we no longer have breakfast. we asked what time they end breakfast and she stuttered and said “typically 10:20”. so why would google say 10:30 if this wendy’s establishment is saying 10:20? i hope this is issue is resolved for future customers trying to buy breakfast.

Multiple trips here only to have incorrect orders, cold food, watery frosties, and horrible service. Day shift seems to at least care but they still have some issues to work on. The night manager is the biggest issue. Had horrible attitude. Tried to rush me through my order at the intercom only for her to sit on her phone and make me wait at the window. All that time back there and still couldn’t get it right.
I’ve waited over an hour before for an order in the past, even being asked by the staff “you’re still here?”….I've door dashed and gotten half my food. Asked for no onions. Got onions. Asked for bbq, got ranch. Asked for coke. Got diet. Ive tried to have faith in them but they fall short every time and it feels intentional at this point. That late night frosty calls my name sometimes but It is clear that there isn’t much care to provide even a half decent experience to the customer. Easily the worst fast food spot along the central coast. Save your money

I am writing to report an extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service experience that occurred at your location on 11/11 around 12 - 12:30
The employee who took and processed our order exhibited a consistently rude and dismissive demeanor throughout the entire transaction. This poor behavior was not only directed at me but was also witnessed by my young children, which reflects poorly on the environment your company maintains.
The service issues began with the required sauces. Our order, which included items that come with ranch, was placed but did not include any ranch packets in the bag. When I pointed this out and requested the missing ranch, the employee then attempted to charge me for "extra" packets, despite the fact that the included sauce had not been provided. This demonstrated either poor product knowledge or an attempt to overcharge.
The lack of basic courtesy continued when the ranch was finally retrieved. While my hands were clearly ready to accept the items, the employee deliberately placed the packets down on the counter and stepped back, avoiding direct interaction. This passive-aggressive behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional, concluding what was already a very negative experience.
A fast-food environment should maintain a basic level of courtesy and efficiency. Having employees who are visibly rude and unprofessional detracts significantly from the brand experience. I request that this incident be reviewed and that staff receive necessary training on customer interaction and policy regarding included sauces.
