I had shopped an order and the QR code would not scan for some reason so I had to make a quick phone call. I believe that somebody’s order that I shopped with went out with another customer which is lost to their store where is loss prevention in the middle of all of this? I mentioned that to the black man and he didn’t say OK or anything. He just simply said nothing. I will be speaking with Tim directly about this. My customer told me this was their third time trying to work with his store this evening I personally was able to deliver their order Shout out to me I don’t know who they’re hiring and how they got these jobs but I completely object they would never work for me The first person that I dealt with was rude as well and confused no checker should be that way I highly doubt it was his first day These two young Hispanic man, the box, boy, and the other one who was a checker After five minutes, I walked back around to pay for the order a different way with a shopper card and he put the closed sign up. I said where’s the food? As I re-shopped for all of the food, none of the food I had taken was put back Loss prevention needs to intercept this On behalf of these two young men

Reyes(hope I got the spelling right) really took extra time getting an answer to a question for me. I have never seen him before at this Von's and what a great new hire!
