  There was an ordering kiosk tucked away in the corner, but I didn't notice it. So, I went up to the counter to order a hamburger and an iced coffee. The person who assisted me was an elderly, heavyset woman with mobility issues. She informed me that McDonald's didn't serve coffee—specifically, she claimed they didn't have it *inside* the restaurant—and then challenged me, asking, "Which McDonald's have you ever been to that sells iced coffee? In what city does a McDonald's actually have iced coffee?" Later, after I had received my hamburger, I went over to check the kiosk at that very location—and sure enough, they *did* have iced coffee! Just like every other McDonald's!

  my burger was burnt and the older lady in the front inside kept yelling out really loud all the time and when we finally got our food after 20-30 mins, there was no sauces or napkins in the bag

  I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this location. The latte machine has been broken yet again—this is about the fifth time in the last six months. When I politely asked the manager if they could offer any accommodation for the inconvenience, she refused and essentially told me that if I didn’t like it, I didn’t need to buy anything. This is unacceptable customer service. I expect better consistency, professionalism, and respect from a brand like McDonald’s.

  This morning I ended up at Mc Donald's Newport Beach, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and asked for it to be toasty. Well I get my order and when I'm ready to start driving I noticed my bagel was burned not toasted, I went back there and their reply was but you wanted it well done, and I said toasted not burned. I overheard them making fun of something before I got my order and I am sure they knew it was burned but still gave it to me. You know know how bitter burned bagels taste right? Anyways I got a new one but not before going to the agravation.
