  Said “closes at 6pm” on Sunday, but they were locked up tight when I got there at 5:30

  Needed something quick and easy for an early dinner and this was just what I expected for a sandwich establishment. The ordering and beverage station setup doesn't create an inviting place to seat and eat inside. However it was clean and tidy. The sandwich was good and priced right, first time trying this chain.

  Literally can't make this up. The Google listing says the place is open until 9pm. My sister in law placed an order at 6:56pm. When I got there the one employee in the store had closed early..shut down the online ordering system so no new orders would come in. He even made another sandwich for a customer right in front of me while refusing us service. When he was challenged by myself he told me the order didn't come in because they close at 7, I reconfirmed this Google listing approved 4 weeks ago. He told me again they were closed no apology.

  Store denied my husband and daughter service. My husband and three year old daughter wanted to have dinner together and I placed an online order for them at 7:00PM PST. Store accepted my money. at 7:20 my husband and daughter walked inside the store and were told that the store is closed and they refuse to service them. However, they had made a girl's sandwich right then (she was caucasian....my husband and daughter are not....). I'm not sure what the store employees' deal was. The sandwich order was placed during regular business hours and paid for. And it takes them 3 minutes to make each sandwich. Refusing service to a father and daughter who are not white, while providing service for a white customer in NewPort Beach is not a good look. I would like the store manager to contact me. I will be placing a call with Corporate as well.
