It looks like they are having a team meeting, but why do they during business hours and not even say anything to me? Someone at least could have acknowledged me and said something! Instead they just looked at me through the window and did nothing. That is freaking frustrating.

Whether it’s on the app or just straight through the drive-through, you are not allowed to walk-in as a guest? It says it closes at 4 AM, but you are not allowed in the actual restaurant. You literally have to walk through the drive-through only for the worker to say “no worries, We got you” and to wait in the front only to be fed by a bag full of food that says this is your order only for it to be missing half the items. One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I have ever had and I don’t know how to come back from it

And then I asked for additional sauce, which they said they would include which they didn’t so they just pretty much slide straight to my face.
