8 bucks for seasoned bread not worth it...bread was not good tasting or crispy artisan bread..cocktails watered down..my tequila driver had canned OJ I guess... Swordfish was well prepared and fresh...Caesar salad was not great. But the fork and plate were cold..lettuce fresh and croutons crispy. . . Lacked flavor.. . Very good server and good manager

I am in love with this place! You are greeted with valley to set the tone and the food and service was everything you would expect for a fancy, very classy date. We ate out on their patio above the dock overlooking the water, yachts, and beautiful pelicans. The environment is rustic and just as much elegant with nice romantic lighting and a beautiful bar that makes the best drinks! We will definitely come back here again!

We were there for Sunday brunch. Great view but the food was meh. Coffee and tea were both lukewarm minus. My waffles were not fresh (frozen and then in toaster?). Such a big deal, with the whole parking lot valet only, but no one there. We probably should have taken the hint.

Wonderful experience, the appetizers were excellent, the wedge salad was fantastic so many taste in the bouquet of flavors. The swordfish was tasty. Over-all I highly recommend the Rusty Pelican. The service was first rate, always someone close by to serve our needs.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Rusty Pelican on Valentine’s Day. My mom and I went there expecting a nice, special dinner, but we were treated with shocking disrespect from the moment we ordered. Due to medical conditions, we cannot eat large portions, so we ordered a few smaller items instead of full entrées. Our waiter repeatedly asked us at least three times “Is that all you’re going to order?” in a tone that felt judgmental and irritated. It was incredibly uncomfortable. At one point, she and i think her name was crystal even threw a water cup onto the table with noticeable attitude. The behavior felt hostile and unprofessional. Then another staff member came to our table and told us that we “can’t order that many small things and sit for more than one hour,” and that they had other customers waiting. We were told we had 10 minutes to pay and leave. On Valentine’s Day. We were essentially rushed out and made to feel unwelcome because we didn’t order enough food. To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. It was poorly prepared, and both my mom and I ended up feeling sick afterward. This experience was humiliating and upsetting. No customer should be pressured to order more food or forced to leave simply because they cannot eat large portions. We will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others looking for a pleasant dining experience
