She looks at me and said "yes" but it will be a few minutes and walks off. I would have expected her to say, ok, I have to go someplace (rest room) or other. I wait and she does not return. I ask another associate and finally get asssistance. It is January 4 and I would expect better service from the deli. No wonder they have self checkout!

Then head to the check out to not even be spoken to by the cashier! Emily is the only one with a personality in this store. Please make her the manager and get on top of this craziness! I have lived in the area for 60 years and I had to say something! Thanks for listening! Meanwhile I will shop at Ralphs!

The employees are always friendly, and they have the best fresh food court you'll find anywhere. Restaurant quality chicken, pizza, sushi, sandwiches and fresh artisinal bread. Everything is quality, and prepared fresh.
