From the deli, to the meat, to the cashiers, everyone is top of the line and provides such great neighborhood grocery service. I am so grateful for this store and the team. Caress was super informative and sweet even giving me suggestions on how to make my cake beautiful. She also decorated my cake and knocked it out of the park. She added beautiful additions to my cake that complimented the photo I had of my daughter and the theme so well. I could just tell, she's passionate about what she does! Initially, I did try contacting Pavilion Irvine for my cake since they were closer to my venue but unfortunately they were not helpful. 10 out of 10 experience with Pavilion Bakery and will use them again soon! I recommend the white cake with strawberry and whipped cream filling!

She was literally touching the dog's mouth and then touching products on the shelves. Not a single employee, not even the supervisor, said a word to her. Her and her dog had this strong, unpleasant smell—bad enough that you could smell them from across the aisle. It's a huge hygiene problem, especially in a food area. You know, it's against the law in California to have non-service animals there, but the staff, including management, just lets it happen. After seeing that again, I'm done shopping there. I'm going to tell all my friends who shop there what went down, too. This level of unsanitary behavior is just completely unacceptable.
