So often when you’re in a grocery store, you feel rushed or brushed off, but Robin was the complete opposite. She was kind, present, and truly cared during our short interaction. Even though our conversation was only a couple of minutes, her positivity stuck with me enough that I felt compelled to leave this review. Employees like Robin are incredibly rare and valuable. Pavilions is very lucky to have her — she brings warmth and humanity into what could easily be just another routine errand. I truly hope her manager sees this and finds a way to recognize her, whether it’s a raise or even a small token of appreciation. She absolutely deserves it.
