  This morning I ended up at Mc Donald's Newport Beach, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and asked for it to be toasty. Well I get my order and when I'm ready to start driving I noticed my bagel was burned not toasted, I went back there and their reply was but you wanted it well done, and I said toasted not burned. I overheard them making fun of something before I got my order and I am sure they knew it was burned but still gave it to me. You know know how bitter burned bagels taste right? Anyways I got a new one but not before going to the agravation.

  Every time I want to buy something to eat from Drive-Thru, they make me go around in circles again and again. It's a really slow store and they don't fulfill their responsibilities...

  Reply to Owner: I already did! You obviously missed that part. They didn't offer refund or redo of the order. I further stand with the one star wish I could do NO Stars for poor reply from owner. This isn't Newport Beach excellence that we strive for here in this city. Original: I ordered tonight from GrubHub and paid $1 extra for faster delivery. 🚚 It arrived within 30mins. I got a Happy Meal and some chicken nuggets. The food was cold as if it was in the fridge. The fries were cold, so cold my toddler even said yuck they are cold. I didn’t believe her and they were cold to the touch. The hamburger was cold. The chicken nuggets cold as well. There is no way this got cold to the touch from a short drive from PCH to the Balboa Peninsula. I called McDonald’s and the manager said sorry as to acknowledge the error but didn’t offer anything, other than to tell me to take it up with GrubHub or my bank. I did notify GrubHub they said contact McDonald’s. I asked him when the owner would be there to discuss this and he said he didn’t know. I am disappointed in this McDonald’s. I will not go there again. I will drive to Costa Mesa on 19th St, where I have never had a problem.
