  Either the online hours of operation are wrong for saying 9 PM or they lock the doors early. I tried to go just after 8:30 PM and the doors were locked with lights on and staff inside. Super disappointing to get there more than 20 minutes before closing only to find it locked. The only good thing about this location is it is usually clean and they don’t mess up orders (although they can be stingy with the veggies and sauces). The staff isn’t very friendly and they don’t make eye contact/hold conversation with each other the whole time you’re ordering so it feels like you’re interrupting and bothersome. They’re also usually uneducated about how to use the app, scan for rewards, or promotions going on. Only reason I even go to this location is because it’s very close to where I live. Definitely would use a different location if I could!

  This isn’t my first choice for sandwich places but I was craving a sweet onion teriyaki sandwich. My husband got a meatball sub. It was good. They’ve gotten more expense though. I really went there for the cookie and that was delicious. Clean store and good customer service.

  I frequent this Subway and man, is it horrible. My most recent trip found them out of White bread and Olives. In my younger years I managed a Taco Bell and I recall having to go to the butcher to get beef when my Vendor did not supply the ground beef we used. This Subway is in an Albertson's lot and they could have easily picked up olives for their customers...its just that we are not that important to them to make any effort at all. I tried calling them three times and no answer. Worst Subway ever and I will call Corporate to let them know!

  I was disappointed. I ordered a meatball foot long sandwich, and it was at best warm when I got home. I only live 4 minutes from the store and the meatballs were hard as if they were stored some place and dumped back in the sauce to use again. Not a good visit. I've visited other subways with good sandwiches and I was very surprised with this last visit.
