Stopped by this McDonald’s late tonight with my teenager for a quick bite and I was genuinely impressed. Even though they seemed understaffed the two employees working, a younger gentleman and a Hispanic woman, handled everything flawlessly. You could tell they were juggling a lot but they never showed any stress. Both were friendly, patient, and delivered great customer service with a smile. Truly appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude during a busy night.

Tons of pickup orders sitting at the counter getting colder, with instructions to “pick up in the store”. But a rude employee keeps yelling “drive thru” only, when the drive thru line is overcrowded. This makes pick up orders completely pointless. This franchise location is a mismanaged mess. I’d suggest going to a real restaurant when a fast food joint can’t offer speed, convenience, and affordability.
