It boggles my mind how incompetent people are able to run companies like this. I wanted to place an order here for the first time in years. I registered via Apple in the el pollo loco app, but every time I try to log in I get an error. I request a password reset email, but it never arrives. I try to register for a new account, but my email is already in use. I try to use a different email address to create an account, but it says my phone number is already in use. I have no recourse. You would think people running a business like el pollo loco would be competent enough to work out the bugs in their app to ensure this doesn’t happen to their customers but they are not. Now I’ll go back to never eating here.
