  Came here with a family of 8 for my cousins 13th birthday party with a reservation for 7:30pm. The lady at the front was very rude to all of us and told us we’d have to wait even though we had a confirmed reservation for inside the restaurant, and told us if we didn’t want to wait we’d have to sit outside. We’re still waiting now and it’s 8pm with no update. We’ve been coming for years here and the service has significantly declined. We were all so excited to celebrate my cousin turning 13 and this put a serious damper on that.

  Marilou and Mike are amazing representatives for this lazy dog located in Newark, California? I've been to so many of them and never been treated with so much respect. The staff was amazing. The new menu items were represented to me.The mango chili Margarita was amazing as a Cadillac. I absolutely love this location and cannot wait to come back. It's my new spot. Thank you so much, Mike for your amazing general managing today. Absolutely loved my conversation with you. You represent this restaurant with so much enthusiasm and respect. And m and mAR ILO U it's the most amazing sweetheart. Absolutely. Love the combo of the management. Do you make this place? 10 stars all the way around. Thank you for the amazing time today.We had the best lunch ever

  Waited 30 mins past order ready notice. Nothing brought to car, had to go in. Saw restaurant was half empty, workers mostly standing in kitchen area chatting. Finally got food, was cold, and not accurate. Ordered two meals, two dog meals. Don't think I'll come back, we'll see.

  Luis was our sever for the meal and he gave us the best recommendations. 1000% get the fresh chips and shrimp tacos from the $15 menu! Extra bonus points because it’s dog friendly and has a puppy menu for them. Thank you Luis for the amazing time, can’t wait to be back :)

  A frequent customer, I enjoyed very much about the atmosphere, the food, and the settings of this restaurant. Most times I sit at the bar, enjoy the cold draft beers, the food, and watch the bartenders making all kinds of drinks for the customers. Their Level of service and kindness impressed me every time, particularly, Sophia! Many thanks to her for her service, and the management who makes this restaurant a great and lovely place to hang out!
