OK, get the food and the fries were old and cold. He advise to pull over and wait 4 mins. Waited 8 mins and no one came to the vehicle. I walked up and knocked/banged on the windows to get their attention. 2 workers (male and female) looked at me but kept working and said nothing to anyone to come help me. I walked to the drive thru window and he had the audacity to say I told you 4 minutes. Sir, it was just around 10 minutes. He was able to hand the fries over. Do better!
