- WFWill FreemanMar 29, 20265.0This McDonald's has the best customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. We stopped here on the way out of Laughlin heading back to Phoenix. Every staff member was friendly, attentive and checked in to make sure your meal and service was good. It's also up on top of a hill so it has some decent views. The lobby was clean and the furniture was nice. All the food was cooked correctly including the fries. When you're craving fries from Mickey D's and they're bad it a big let down. Luckily on this stop they were that classic golden with the right amount of salt. 10/10 McDonald's experience.

They also didn't place the wet floor signs where the wet floor was causing our daughter to slip and fall. Also got our order wrong.
