Placed an online order before 10:30PM. Came to pick it up and it wasn’t even 10:50 and the doors had already been locked. The female worker in there saw us and kept doing things around the store instead of opening the door. Then when I go knock on the window she goes to the back to speak to her co worker before coming over to open the door. Then the order wasn’t even ready, also they barely had anything that we ordered which I understand this time of night but we had no missed calls at all (knowing they have our number because they have called us before) to try and let us know beforehand. And my boyfriend ordered a regular poutine a couple days ago and it came with Cheeto’s dust in it. Not sure what’s going on here but it’s not very professional.
