  Placed a mobile order through the Subway app and accidentally sent it to the wrong location. I realized right away and called the store before they made the sub. Staff confirmed they would not make the sandwich, which I appreciated — however, they said they were unable to issue a refund. So, despite notifying them immediately and the food not being prepared, I was still charged. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. The app and refund process need serious improvement, especially when the store acknowledges the mistake in time. Say Bye to a regular customer.

  Deepika made sandwiches it was tasty and crispy. I love subway worth of money. I would like to highly recommended to try this sub way..

  Staff is great this location! Only problem here is that the app NEVER works. I can never get my rewards, i can never get the deals, nothing every works on them. Usually takes 20 minutes just to order my sub because the app is such garbage. How does such a huge company have an app thats this useless in 2026? EDIT: They came out with a new app. It's even worse than before. You can't even use your Rewards, it will just keep telling you must enter the location even though there is no spot to do so and it's auto-enabled. Pretty sad that in the AI age Subway can't take a simple order online. Their website also just crashes over and over. I won't ever order without getting my rewards so done wasting time even attempting to order anymore.

  Got the fastest service ever at a subway. We went to this subway and ordered 2 subs and told the worker ( DEEPIKA) we are in hurry as we are travelling in a group and can’t get left behind. She showed crazy level of skills and made 2 subs so fast that other people from our group were waiting in line at tim hortons and we were enjoying are meal. The sandwich tasted great she followed all the instructions and she was crazy fast. 5 starts for the service.

  I love rice bowls , subs here . Indian girls (Riya and Deepika )here are very welcoming and hard working. They definitely know how to leave ever lasting impact on their customers. Happy with the service they provide and how they help customers get better quality food.❤️
