  Young lady with glasses was only one working and worrying about the customers. Larger guy in back was a bully and when asked to turn music down said dont see a problem.

  I asked for 3 pc dinner, 2 pc with fries and a poutine. I got 5 pc in a box with one order of fries and no coldslaw or roll and no fork with the poutine that we needed cause we weren't going home. Tried to tell them the order wasn't right, but they were not listening. The worst service ever, do better and I mean a lot lot better.

  I placed a DoorDash pickup order at around 9:45 PM, but the restaurant did not approve or confirm the order until around 10:15 PM. During that time, I called the restaurant several times to confirm whether they were going to accept the order. Unfortunately, no one answered my calls. I was waiting for confirmation because, if they were not going to accept the order, I wanted to have enough time to make other arrangements for food. The lack of response caused a significant delay and inconvenience. I would appreciate it if you could please look into this situation.

  Establishment was very hot, very dirty and very SLOW. We waited in line for 10 minutes, we're interrupted twice while the counter staff rang in online orders and then were told they didn't have the ingredients to make what we ordered from the menu........ we left without eating.
