  We stopped here for lunch on a road trip back from vacation. There was a sign on the counter directing us to use the kiosks to order, so we did. However, the cashier then proceeded to passive aggressively complain about us to the next customer. The food was pretty subpar, even for fast food. The bathrooms were down a dark hallway and the floor was slippery. It was overall just an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. People who work in customer service situations like that should be held accountable for not being pleasant and for acting unprofessional.

  The original recipe chicken is so salty here at this branch. I have tried at other franchise of KFC, the taste at this franchise in St. Stephen tastes weird and too salty. Please look into this asap.

  Very Loud music; indifferent staff “only thighs for the next 20 minutes” at 1204 pm! No napkins unless you ask. Expensive and unfriendly

  Short lady with glasses has the WORST customer service I've witnessed in a long time. Ordering another employee to clean up the garbage with attitude. Couldn't stand that I was in her presence. Absolutely terrible, rude, I'll never come back here.

  Got a 3 pc chicken combo. One full leg, the thigh and breast were cut in half. Can't I get a normal piece of chicken from KFC anymore? Do they even want to be in business anymore? Give people what they want!
