We have eaten there before & decided to try it one more time on Saturday evening, & what a surprise. From the friendly, pleasant server, the quick hot delivery (less then 5 minutes) & when we had it for supper, the chicken was delicious. The concenses was - best chicken ever! Hopefully the start of a new trend for our local KFC

We stopped here for lunch on a road trip back from vacation. There was a sign on the counter directing us to use the kiosks to order, so we did. However, the cashier then proceeded to passive aggressively complain about us to the next customer. The food was pretty subpar, even for fast food. The bathrooms were down a dark hallway and the floor was slippery. It was overall just an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. People who work in customer service situations like that should be held accountable for not being pleasant and for acting unprofessional.

The original recipe chicken is so salty here at this branch. I have tried at other franchise of KFC, the taste at this franchise in St. Stephen tastes weird and too salty. Please look into this asap.
