  We visited Swiss Chalet for the first time and had such a wonderful lunch experience! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting and everything made our visit truly memorable. A very special thank you to Liz for being so kind, welcoming and hospitable throughout our meal. She served us with so much joy and genuine care and we truly appreciated her excellent service. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and brought such wonderful warmth to our experience. Thank you, Swiss Chalet , for such a lovely first visit — we’ll definitely be coming back!

  Visiting Saint John, NB from Newfoundland. We had Swiss Chalet from Gander and St John’s, NL and always enjoyed the meals. We were looking forward to having a delicious meal here in Saint John but was very disappointed. I ordered a tea. When I opened the teapot I was needless to say shocked at how dirty the inside was. The server took the teapot away and deducted the price of the tea. She apologized but that was not good enough. My husband had the ribs and they were dry. My chicken was not the best and the fries were not want we were used to at any other Swiss Chalet restaurant that we visited. Disappointed.

  We had 13 guests for an 80th surprise Birthday party for Barb,A mother and Grandmother who did not know this was happening and everything went perfect.Chanel our server even offered to take a group photo once we were all seated.She was professional and courteous and knew what to expect from a big table and the service was perfect.We couldnt ask for a better time.All the staff brought out a cake at the end and sang a Birthday chant.One of our best experiences yet. THANKS CHANEL.

  Our food was delicious, hot, and it was served very quickly. We were a bit short on time and it worked out perfectly. Our waitress Chanel was wonderful. She was attentive friendly and had a great personality for what she does.

  I had a fantastic experience at Swiss Chalet! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. the rotisserie chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, and the signature Chalet sauce never disappoints. The sides were fresh and well prepared, especially the fries and coleslaw. What truly made our visit exceptional was Lydia, the General Manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her attention to detail and commitment to great service did not go unnoticed. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere for both families and casual dining. Service was quick without feeling rushed, and everything arrived hot and exactly as ordered. Overall, a consistently great spot for a reliable, tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend!
