  We waited super long (like 40 minutes) for an 8pc chicken Tenders and a couple sliders. Everyone was waiting long periods. ZERO acknowledgement to us by staff of waiting etc.

  Their fountain machine was broken so they offered 2 cans worth 355ml each to replace my almost 950ml large soda, which was significantly less than I paid for and they got part of my order wrong

  Very bad services. I was waited for my order 28 minutes even there was courier driver who was waiting almost 15 minutes . And food is really garbage even the staff is having bad service not greeting g and they are taking each other in their own language between employees about customer.

  Just had one of the worst experiences at KFC in a long time. I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes and when I finally pulled up, the staff was yelling, screaming, blasting music, and straight-up dancing around like it was a party. Look, have your fun on your own time, but when customers are waiting this long, get it together and lock it down for business. On top of that, they charged me an extra $2 for mayonnaise, missed our French fries completely, and we were short a whole burger. Customer service was straight-up horrible. I used to spend good money here, enjoyed the food and the staff, but something has definitely changed — feels like new owners or management turned the place into a complete zoo. With all due respect, I won’t be going back. Really disappointing.
