  Waited in line for a half hour, lady in front having a long (15-20 minute ) conversation. Laughing and carrying on. This was AFTER she got her food and drinks. Once we finally pulled up to the window, the blizzards we got were not even made yet, and when we told the worker how long of a wait it was and the fact it was outrageous, he laughed in our face. If I could give 0 stars I would. Friends blizzard and kids were not mixed hardly at all. Employees not working, and just chit chatting and leaning on counters ( not sanitary what so ever ) Terrible service. Been to other dq restaurants in the past, and this is the absolute worst one ever. So not recommend going. Spent nearly 40$ on 4 small blizzards for terrible service. For deciding once in a blue moon to go out, was greatly disappointed. Will not be returning. And advise others not to!

  This place is a dump. The staff have no idea on food handling and cleanliness, they need to take the food handlers course. There is garbage all over the floor. Food all over the counter. This place needs a health inspection and to be shut down.

  Visited Hampton Rd DQ at approximately 6 pm today. There were 7 people in front of me and 3 behind me, all waiting for counter service. In spite of several staff working at the restaurant NO ONE served those of us in the line up at the counter. One female staff member was packaging food for the drive thru, running food out to the diningroom and providing food for Skip orders/deliveries. No acknowledgement of the large group gathered waiting for counter service. After standing in the line for 15 minutes waiting to be served, my husband and I left, as did another customer. Totally unacceptable to not have a staff member dedicated to counter service. A very disappointing experience.
